Always excellent service, staff know us and always welcome us warmly. Food always lovely, made my way through most curries there now , highly recommended
First up the food from here is fantastic. Best tasting curry in the area without a doubt. However the last couple of visits I’ve been waiting in excess of 30-45 mins at the drive through. This is after turning up at stated time. Not sure why this is suddenly an issue but it feels like they’ve simply forgotten to cook the food till I arrive. If they can get back to their usual efficiency it would be a 5 star review.
We’ve been regulars at The Cinnamon Tree for years now. Each time we visit we’re welcomed with friendly faces and great customer service. The food is brilliant and the staff are so helpful. We’re never disappointed and nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff! Thank you for another great visit and we’ll see you soon.
Amazing food with quality service. We will definitely be returning and so happy we tried somewhere different! Thank you to every staff member, each of them clearly took pride in ensuring their customers are happy....its a rare find these days.
Food was good. The issue was the length of time it took to get to us. It was clearly a very busy night, but it took an age for our drinks orders to be taken and made 20 plus minutes, we had to ask to order food as staff were then waiting on other tables and I think had assumed someone else had taken our order. After our starters arrived it took another hour and half for our mains. This did take a shine from our visit unfortunately. You can't take away from the quality of the food and it was really tasty but it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to have a starter, main and two drinks.
It's very friendly staffs and it's delicious food and it's lovely and nice and clean as well and been there so many times with my family and friends.
Came here for the buffet, great way to tate new dishes and have a variety, everyone really enjoyed the food, reasonably priced and great atmosphere.. definitely see you there again soonFood: 5/5
Once you eat here, your not going anywhere else. Very unique taste. The staffs are great and the drinks are always on point
Been for a sit down meal numerous times now and enjoyed every time. Would say this is one of our favourite Indians to dine at. Service is generally very attentive, just one occasion we found it was slower than previous visits. Food is outstanding, cannot fault. Saturday I tried a beef dish for a change, it was the most tender beef I'd ever had. Generous portions too. Well worth a visit.
A very popular restaurant with a selection of menu choices not to be missed. With vegetarian, vegan and healthier options - though I have to say with all their meals are freshly made from scratch there is no doubt all the curries are healthy options. The Cinnamon Tree restaurants are perfect for all special occasions to take family and friends as well as corporate events. Well with a visit as so many of us do - frequently.
