One of the best places in town for a good CAFE breakfast.  Absolute banger which set me up for the day!  All of this for under six quid including a coffee and toast.  Tasty is not the word.  Takes cash and cards.  Great spot and nice staff.

You know, they don't have places like this anymore. What a find. Up the road from Lambeth North Tube station. Lovely couple who own it, traditional food in a very traditional cafe. It was good value with decent quality food. I hope this cafe is around for years to come. The regular customers really enjoy supporting this cafe. Had a great visit here today. There was a good vararity of food and drinks to choose from so ordered a number 6 breakfast with a few additions feeling pekish, food came with toast and and a free refill of tea which was very good for the price paid. Food arrived speedily, was hot, plentiful and of good quality especially the meaty sausages. Staff were very friendly and attentive so all in all the visit was great value for money for the service and food provided. Thank You.

I went to chunnel Bar with my wife for the first time and the food was so fresh and delicious with a quick service. The staff is very friend and the value is fantastic for money.  I would definitely consider going there again!

I've tried breakfasts from all over Europe and the US and the breakfast here is definitely good! Service is also pretty fast. I definitely recommend this place!

The owners of Barbarellas took over this cafe, so the service is great!  Most importantly for me, the food tasted fresh.  If you are looking for a traditional English breakfast this is the place to be!

I used to go there regular up until the café had recently changed ownership. I was quite shocked that the prices had gone up almost double for a ‘All Day Breakfast’. So I did not stay. It still looked very clean, as before. Pity.

Decent little cafe with good prices! Only had the full English for £5.80 I think but you get the works and free refill and toast. Now that can’t be bad.  Always served with a smile. Get busy from around 9:50am weekday as all the builders come for the 10am breakfast.  Card payments accepted.
