Danny, Andy and The Team are fantastic at what they do. They are very passionate about the service they provide and just getting it right. From the moment we first enquired, to receiving the call from Danny, he was professional and came back with a reasonable quote along with some fantastic ideas for my home, my home isn’t the biggest but to them that didn’t matter. They provided me with a quote followed by there ideas of what would look great on my home! I have wanted my home to have lights all around for so many years and this year was the year I did it, it’s absolutely beautiful and it has certainly brightened up my road! Thank you for making my home shine this Christmas!
AVOID BOOKING FOR DOMESTIC DECORATIONS THEY DON’T TURN UP! APPALLING SERVICE Arranged for Andy to come out early November to give us a quote, didn’t turn up 4 times, but because he seemed nice on the phone we said it was ok. Came & seemed so enthusiastic. We confirmed we wanted to go ahead and he agreed December 1st. We had to chase for the paper quote and then asked for a tweak on what we wanted, promised the amended quote, but it never came. We sent 10 text and 6 phone calls & voice messages. ALL IGNORED. Andy had given the impression he was the sole boss, but we found Danny’s number on the quote. Rang him, he answered, apologized and promised to call back in 10 mins. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. Now both Andy & Danny were ignoring our calls. We text from a different number and Andy promised to come on either 9th or 10th. DIDN’T TURN UP We have now had probably over 30 calls and texts ignored. They should have been professional enough to say they couldn’t do the job or cope with their bookings. We have a very sad Granddaughter who was expecting Christmas lights. AVOID THIS COMPANY
Andy and his team have done a great job for us both commercially and on our residential property – all promises kept and a quality job well done.
