Rang the surgery at 11.45 to ask to speak to the duty doctor.nDuty doctor rang back 12 minutes later and discussed my needs.nThe surgery dispenses medication & I received an email at 12.45 to say my medication was ready for collection. All done within the hour. I have been a patient of this excellent surgery for 43 years & this is an example of its outstanding service. 10th July 2024

What a fantastic surgery! I am so grateful to be a patient here, every interaction has been top class. All the staff are very friendly and professional. I've never had long waits on the phone or for an appointment. Lovely receptionists, amazing nurses and Fab doctors. The clinic is always clean and tidy. Could not recommend enough.
I’ve recently seen Dr Jones and she is wonderful!nShe took the time to talk everything through with me and explain everything. During the appointment she also suggested a treatment for a different problem I was having that a doctor from another facility couldn’t provide.nI felt she was very knowledgeable and put me at ease with her fantastic bedside manner
I saw the nurse for my Asthma review on Tuesday and it was like a full MOT!! I had blood taken, as 1 test was left out when I was there 2 weeks ago. We talked through all my tablets, and I’m on a lot! Blood pressure, height, weight and had to give a urine sample! She was super efficient and so friendly. I’m So grateful for the catch-up and came out feeling happy and relieved.
