Had a fabulous lunch here for Mother's Day! Food was delicious with a nice variety of veg with the roast and huge Yorkshire puddings! Service was excellent...very accommodating of my two sons and very friendly with free prosecco for the mum's! Thank you so much, we will definitely be back! Kid-friendliness: Very friendly and accommodating with the children with good kids roast options -£10 for roast, drink and ice cream!
Lovely cosy pub with a cute fire place, lovely staff, who go above and beyond and the food was next level. Portion size brilliant quality of food on point presentation amazing! Beers at good prices all in all perfect country pub. Gutted never got pics but the black pudding scotch egg was amazing! Will definitely come back and try the spring menu.
Loved it here. Great food and atmosphere with very friendly and helpful staff. Partner is a vegan and she was very happy with her meal, a few options for her as well. Very spacious inside and they accommodated our little pooch as well. Will be back for sure.Food: 5/5
Really very good indeed; lots of veggie choices, I had the burger with lovely chips and my partner and sister had the ham hock of which there was loads. Recommended, and will definitely go again!Food: 5/5
Just the ticket. A real pub, lovely staff, nice beer, great atmosphere, not heartbreakingly expensive. Thanks to the chef for the great perfect Sunday Roast. I wish I lived in Ash, "à la prochaine" for when I'm back from France to see the family here. Cheers!!!Food: 5/5
This is a newly opened pub, one which I still love. Friendly staff and great service. I would 100% recommend if you are in Ash or visiting the area xService: 4/5
Ours was a party for ten to celebrate a 70th birthday. Comfortably seated our charming waitress Rhianna came and took our orders with exactly the right mix of professionalism and friendliness. The food when it arrived was outstanding. Down our end of the table the two men had the most magnificent T-bone steaks, thick, tasty and beautifully presented with a choice of three lovely sauces I went for mustard and white wine. The women both had Flame Grilled Vegan Burgers which were proclaimed to be the best they’d ever had! With the main course cleared away a wonderful birthday cake arrived. The drinks and menu prices were very competitive and the service thought out was faultless. A huge thank you to Jan and her wonderful team for a most memorable night.
