Absolutely aweful!!! Do not book with these people. I brought a Groupon voucher for an experience day there for my 11 year old neice and couldnt contact anyone there to actually book it. They have a mobile number listed as the contact which is permanently off - at first I thought it was a scam. I sent numerous emails and left voicemail messages on possibly the fake phone number and no-one ever got back to me. After finding out they have a London office I phoned them who informed me they couldnt give out a phone number but would TRY and contact them and get back to me - no one ever got back to me! Reported them to Groupon, got a refund and booked with another Studio no problem. Absolutely terrible customer service, dont know if they are even legit and definately would advise anyone to stay away from them - you will never be able to contact them!! Aweful.

Absolutely amazing!! Alix Robson has helped me to develop as an artist since the beginning of this year and i have grown so much since working with her. She is an excellent vocal coach, and has helped me to achieve great things, showing her enthusiasm for creating music at all times which bounces off me, helping to create the best i can, she has pushed me and i thank her for it, because it really has brought out the best in me and have achieved great things since i have been going to ChartHouse. I was offered the chance to go on there development course in February this year doing a 6 hour intense session every month for 6 months creating me an 'artist package' which has been great fun, nearing the end which is a shame! I also worked with Chris Weston on occasion and have enjoyed it just as much. I have not only improved my talent since being there i have gained a great friend and could not fault Alix for anything she does professionally or as a person!

Brilliant!!!!! I was brought a recording session at ChartHouse for Christmas, I had the best time. Alix Robson was fun and really encouraged me throughout my session. I felt like a real star and I made my own CD!!!

Since I had my session I have had vocal coaching from both Alix Robson and Chris Weston at the studio, Who are both excellent at what they  do.  I have now been signed to their Artist Development Programme where I am working on my signing, performance and song writing skills.

I Highly recommend ChartHouse and both Alix and Chris.

Absolutely aweful attitude and lack of customer service
Alix is rude, unprofessional and too full of herself to care about other artists
No support through the recording and slap-dash and rushed through production and mastering
There are much better recording studios out there for far less money
I usually believe you get what you pay for but here, you definately get LESS for your money!
