I absolutely love The Cha Café, 3 Cassiobury Park Ave, Watford. 

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is good, reasonably priced and I love the atmosphere and vibe of the place, summer or winter. 

The Cha Café also helps local artists by holding art exhibitions and The Café donates some of its proceeds to Watford peace hospice, a very worthwhile cause. 

They do get very busy and with great home cooking i'm not surprised.
Well worth a visit. 5 out of 5 stars.

Beautiful outdoor eating area, good food but awful long waiting times - waited about 45 mins for an english breakfast, after a 20min queue.
