Recently purchased as selection of their caviar and i was very impressed by the price/quality. Im now planning to order more caviar for a birthday dinner soon. Fast delivery as well.
Made an order on Wednesday 13/12/23. Delivery info stated orders would be shipped the next working day. By Tuesday 19/12 order had not shipped. I emailed to query why the order had not shipped yet at that time next day shipping would still have arrived in time for purpose. No response. On 21/12 I tried calling the phone number a couple of times and eventually left a message asking that they contact me. A few hours later I am refunded though PayPal, no call back, just an email notification of refund issued. Make of it what you will, but I won’t be using them again.
Cannot speak highly enough of this company. Caviar is a real delicacy for me and due to Covid-19 I was struggling to find a reputable vendor. The team at The Caviar Company put my mind at ease, answered all my questions, are extremely knowledgable about their products and came through with the quality.
Definitely my preferred Caviar supplier of choice. Very reasonably priced given the exceptional quality!
Alexei was really helpful and managed to get me some caviar for my hubbies birthday the same day, very accommodating and tasty!!!
