Receptionist was very rude when i called in for appointment and then when i was seen by the doctor i was being asked what i think the problem is rather than her telling me! I always dread ringing the castle medical group up because of the terrible receptionists they have at the other end who are very impolite.. wish there was a way of just booking an appointment online instead if i ever have to.

The treatment I have received from every member of the health centre has been absolutely first class. 
I have lived abroad for 6 months and we should all be so grateful for the standard of care and not take it for-granted.
