Amazing views and an incredibly difficult, hilly course to play. It’s not the hardest course out on the links, however, it may have the best views and certainly the thickest rough. Make sure you practice good course management or it will be a very long and frustrating day. The closing 5 holes really take all the energy out of you. Would highly recommend you play this course when at St Andrews Links.
Fantastic staff from the gentleman helping with club hire to the ladies in reception at the store. Funny, lively and created an experience before the golfing even began. The gentleman at the first hole gave great tips and was delightful. Through email correspondence was smooth and easy and prompt. I’ll never forget the people that made such a fun and difficult course that much more pleasant. We will be returning!

The best service I’ve ever experienced at a golf course. The course was incredible, but the staff really elevated the experience. Their people should be proud of their work, as it contributes to a truly unforgettable experience.
Probably, the most challenging of the St. Andrews Links courses. I suggest, at least, using a forecaddie. Undulating greens, lots of elevation in the fairways even as they're very forgiving, deep bunkers, tall grass. Holes #17 and #18 are the most spectacular finishing holes I've ever seen. A true test!
The food was great and the staff was warm. It just took our food a long time to come out.

The food here is excellent and there is a good selection of wine. The staff are friendly and very patient. The views are lovely, two golf course, and over the sea to St Andrews. The parking is available but not plentiful and it is not in easy walking distance from St Andrews. It is often busy so a reservation is recommended.
The staff were amazing but disappointed that the greenkeepers pie was no longer on the menu. That's why we went there. Please bring it back!
