Was super lost on what item to buy from the store when a young staff member I think his name was Luke? Helped me find what I was looking for, great customer service:

Couldn't ask for a better service, the staff are very helpful and take their time to explain what they offer within the store. You can sell items or even put them on a thing called buyback to buy them back within 28 days.  I bought a graphics card and was able to put a deposit on it and it was all explained very well by the staff who were very helpful. I will be using this shop for more of my purchases and trade ins.

Staff here are approachable and friendly. They go out of their way to assist with queries and are always willing to help no matter what you’re looking for. Phil and his team are lovely people and are the main reason I shop here.

I had a terrible experience here , the store manager pressured me into buying a vintage Pingu costume , and insisted that if I don’t he would throw sticks at me , after that encounter the store cashier also made a comment towards me saying he would turn me baked beans if I told anyone , I am absolutely outraged and will be making complaints to the head office of this branch and the police . I knew I wasn’t ready for Birkenhead Cash converters ! Absolute scoundrels !

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.  I received a phone call and the phone was not delivered to me.  They did not give back 404 pounds.  I asked for proof of delivery.  they didn't give you any help in any way
