Basically running a scam. Prices marked in huge letters, but this is the "member" price. Often the regular price isn't marked at all. So you go up to the cash expecting to pay one price, but if you're not a member, you pay significantly more. If the regular price isn't marked, they are required by law to sell at the lower price, so keep that in mind if you shop here.  The store itself contains a variety of "as seen on TV" stuff and popular foreign products. Store is EXTREMELY cramped and is very difficult to navigate if there are more than a few people inside.  Not a fun experience. Shop around before coming here, because even with the "member" prices, you can get most items cheaper elsewhere.

Nice small tiny store with some as seen on tv products. Some are over priced and some are very reasonable. The staff was really nice and helpful and tried her best to help me pick the gifts I was looking for but their sales are all final. Unfortunately I got three shoe laces for my kids that were supposed to light but only one out of the 6 works the rest need batteries which are pretty expensive and I wasn't expecting myself to be paying full price for an item that would not work as described. I was disappointed.

A store of beauty products, copper coloured cookware, and as seen on tv products. This can make for an interesting browse sometimes, and when you don't have to order the products... you consider giving them a try. Unfortunately I had to move out of the way of the single employee 5 times in the 10 to 15 minute span I was in there. It is a small store, and I don't know what they were up to, but it didn't feel like I had time to read the packaging without interruptions.

Sudbury, Lasalle Store - This is literally the worst store I've been to. Customers service was awful.  Not only have I been waiting to exchange a product since Christmas because of the wrong size, they lie to me and say they just got the product a week ago.  I did leave my details with them early January and not once did I receive a call to tell me the product was in.  Now I find out I can't return it because it was bought at Christmas time as a final sale.  The guy that sold the product to my husband said that's ok take it for now put it in her stocking and just bring it back unused with the receipt. We have been trying to bring it back ever since. Now that they finally have the size needed they deny the exchange.  I'm beyond myself.  I will never ever shop at this place again.  Folks, make sure you get any deals you make with this store in writing. Better yet don't shop there at all. Not worth the aggravation.

Great store, fun products but had a terrible experience today in the Sudbury location. Was in the store yesterday and spent over $100 including 2 $1 squishies that were accidentally left behind. Returned to the store today to get them but was told the only person that was working today that was working yesterday didn't remember my purchase, couldn't look it up therefore could not give me my 2 squishies. Travelled 80km for nothing....ridiculous!

decent store, staff is great, can be pricy but  worth it cant find this stuff anywhere else but amazon why go to amazon when you have it at your feet

Cool stuff. Some staff are not there to serve you. For a small store and so many staff members you think they would know more

Great place to buy as seen on TV items. Purchased the Flawless for hair removal there and it works. Staff are very knowledgeable.

Went in to purchase flawless I asked the staff if they had any left and she just looked at me and said no and when I asked when they would have any in she would not even answer me so not impressed with this store
