AJ visited to measure the room he turned up on time and was very friendly and informative. He brought lots of sampled then left them with us then he came back for them and helped decide best. He showed us carpets of different quality and prices and at no point tried to persuade us to buy the most expensive carpet but rather buy the most suitable and likeable carpet. He fitted us in within 2 weeks to get it fitted. wonderful service. Can't recommend them highly enough.
I was pleased with the professional approach at this company. Murty, the manager, gave me a quote taking into consideration every subtle detail of fitting and anticipating potential problems. And that was done in 20 min only. Also, the shop looks very presentable and I could see and touch all samples, which makes a big difference when you're unsure what you want. It's obvious that they are experienced and don't try selling unnecessary services.
Two upstairs rooms fitted, fitters professional and polite. A small defect meant one carpet was replaced for free, briskly and competently. Still looking near brand new two years later, despite constant toddler wear. Thanks!
From walking in the shop through to the guys finishing the job this has been an amazing experience. I have brought some end rolls from the shop and an amazing rug before. The sales gentleman put no pressure on me while measuring my stair carpet giving me many options on various quality and costs. The Staff in the shop are all amazing leaving you to look around with out pestering you. My 3 and 4 year old took their shoes off and started lying on the beds is they sell. The staff smiled and left them to it. Giving me time to not panic and choose my carpets. The Lady at the shop is lovely and was very present too who I had a lovely chat with. The fitters were on time as promised with no cancellations what so ever. They worked so hard and did an absolutely amazing job. You can see that they enjoy their job and respect the company they work for. All the off cuts were put away in bags neatly not leaving me to clear up the mess. I know a builder that uses them and he said that their price is the best in Derby. He even had a small issue once and they corrected it with no hassle what so ever. However my experience was fine but did feel good that they would come back if I was unsatisfied. If your looking for a new carpet that’s hassle free, too quality from an amazing team I would definitely use the Carpet Shop

Had our landing and stair carpet supplied and fitted, it looks amazing. Great service, even had a phone call to ask if we wanted an earlier fitting date. Prices are really competitive. Fitting guys were polite,curtious and did an amazing job of fitting the carpet, esp as we have a stairlift.

What can we say, a Fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff in the shop were fantastic and very helpful without being pushy and happy to just let you browse. My son was amazed at how many rooms of carpets there were and the guy didn’t mind him exploring. We found a beautiful end of roll piece that was perfect for the room! The fitting guys were polite and very fast and efficient too. The flooring is fantastic quality and looks beautiful. We have a very happy teen with her new room. Will be booking with them again very soon for our other rooms! Thank you!
