Friendly staff with a friendly face. Although it's not a massive shop, it has a huge and varied range of all types of flooring. It's not just carpets. Laminate,lino, slate and more. Very knowledgeable staff which ensure you know exactly what your getting when you leave. Prices range from very cheap to very expensive to suit whatever budget you have. You can have items delivered and fitted for a little extra. You can pay a deposit and the rest later.

After multiple visits to some of the large chain stores looking at wood / laminate flooring (with only limited success), we visited the Carpet Gallery in Alloa.  Within minutes of starting the discussion, we realised that we should have gone to Carpet Gallery in the first place!  The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and allowed us to take home a good range of samples to try out.  In contrast to the large chain stores, Carpet Gallery provided us with real advice that was relevant to our particular house, and confirmed they would carry out and be responsible for the installation of the flooring (i.e. not just the supply of the laminate itself).  We arranged to have the entire ground floor of our house re-floored by Carpet Gallery.  We were very impressed by the team who installed the flooring - they worked flat out for three days, from early morning until early evening, with excellent workmanship and attention to detail.  We are absolutely delighted with the results and would use Carpet Gallery again without hesitation.
