After having been flooded in October, we had had a dreadful experience with a previous contractor taking a lot of money and doing substandard work which needed to come up. We asked three companies to come in and quote for the remedial work and chose Rick because he was extremely knowledgeable. Our experience was completely different with this company. Everyone turned up when they said they would. The work was done on time and professionally, and the team who came to do it were friendly and clearly knew their stuff. Prices were very reasonable, and we now, at last have our house back to where it was 9 months ago. We paid a bit more for one of the top range engineered floors which has a distressed look - perfect for a family with two dogs. I would recommend ICF to anyone.
Couldn't fault ICF - I would highly recommend them! They were very accommodating and patient with our requests as we had to change our original install date fairly last minute due to our house renovation not being completed on time. The carpets were fitted professionally and they look great. In general, very pleased with the end to end service and will definitely use ICF in the future.
Can’t recommend Rick and the team enough, we have used Ipswich Carpet and Flooring twice now with the customer service and quality of product/installation being fantastic on both occasions. I also like how honest they are with pricing and being will to negotiate. Five stars
We've had our bathroom flooring installed a year or so ago and it still looks as it was done yesterday. Rick and Debbie were super helpful in answering queries and very professional too. The young man who installed our flooring was very thorough and precise in their work. He was very informative too! If you want the best service, I highly recommend ICF and will not go anywhere else for flooring needs.
ICF replaced tired carpet upstairs and on the stairs and put Amtico Spacia throughout the downstairs on a property we were preparing for rental. The new tenants cannot believe how luxurious the place feels and ICF have been an absolute delight to deal with throughout. I am very much looking forward to having them install more carpet and flooring in our new property and am confident they will do an excellent job at all times.

Absolutely excellent from start to finish. Very helpful in the shop with choosing the right flooring for our project, got us booked in for measurements very quickly and flooring fitted within a week! Highly recommended!
Just had some Karndean LVT fitted in our shower rooms. An excellent job from start to finish - from doing the measurements, getting the quote, and then fitting. Thanks to Rick for coming over so quickly. And also thanks to fitters Will & Mark for the finished product - we're already getting compliments from visitors.
