BEWARE. Total con artists. Staff try to intimidate you in to paying for services that aren’t even listed. Tried to say that a gold valet wouldn’t be enough for our car and we’d need to pay £60. Then when we said no that quickly dropped to £50. Absolutely no trust leaving our car with them after dealing with such rude staff - avoid.
Practically had an argument with a staff member. I requested a gold valet which includes windows and glass being polished per their own pricing description, and he tried to argue it is just a basic clean with no polish. Had to literally point to what the board says before he agreed.
Paid £160 for a ‘showroom’ finish and received the car back in a complete state. The guys were working very hard but on too many vehicles so the quality was very poor. My car was still dirty and requires another valetServices: Auto detailing
Was going to get my car cleaned today the most expensive valet is listed at 105.00 but was told it will be 150.00 as my car is bigger than standard. Con artists. Got back in my car and parked elsewhere.
One of the worst valeting company's in Sheffield.. asked for a diamond package and they still missed stuff within the car. Absolute jokes please avoid taking your car to theses con artist
Had my car cleaned and upgraded to the platinum package for £50. Came back 3.5 hours later and although the outside was great, the inside was still filthy. It hadn't been vacced let alone shampooed, the steering wheel was still grubby, marks on the back of the seats and door sills. They clearly hadn't hardly touched it. The excuse, there were only 2 of them and it was busy! Will never go again, £50 for half a job!
Just visited this car wash whilst shopping and can honestly say I’ve never seen my car look so clean! Inside and out look amazing didn’t recognise my car tbh. The manager was a little pushy about what package to choose but wasn’t aggressive or anything with it. I would recommend if you are spending the day shopping as it is a VERY busy location and cars do take a while to clean to this standard. I will definitely be visiting again!Services: Auto interior vacuuming
Not a great experience or one I will be repeating or recommending. I request a simple wash and was quite rudely told I need a polish too, I repeated just a wash but felt I was intimidated into having the polish. When driving home I could see the dirt still round my drivers mirror and the glass was all smeared. When I got home I had to go over the car myself where the polish was smeared on, the wipers had never been lifted and there was still dirt underneath and in various places around the car there were muddy streaks all in all a very poor expensive job. My first and last time I shall stick to my local car wash for £5 who do a thorough job and are not rude, scary men!!!
****NOT RECOMMENDED ***AVOID*** To be honest, one star is generous! I wish I’d read these reviews before taking my car to this place! Absolutely appalling service. The least you’d expect from a car wash is that your car would be clean after forking out £27 for a ‘Gold’ service! The staff are intimidating and abrupt and have a very aggressive up selling approach. I should have followed my gut instinct to drive away when the two guys tried to pressure me in to a £50 valet that wasn’t even on the price list. I settled for a Gold wash, thinking that for £27 I’d come back to a clean car at the very least. My car was still dirty, whole sections hadn’t even been touched, my glass looks like it’s been polished with a greasy rag, the interior trim hasn’t been touched, in fact there’s even more grease on the inside of my car. You pay extra because it’s a 4x4 or large car but you’d then expect that they would have at least washed the roof. I had a large dirty smear down the middle of the roof that they clearly just couldn’t be bothered to reach! The wheel dressing has been applied not only to the walls of the tyres but also to the tread, making my drive home incredibly dangerous. When I complained about the dirty parts of my car, the intimidating man said that you don’t get a clean unless you pay for a polish! I drove away with a dirty car, absolutely furious and £27 worse off. It’s taken me twice as long to undo the shoddy work done to supposedly clean my car. I’ll not be returning and certainly not recommending this service. I wonder if Meadowhall know what a dreadful outlet is operating there?
