My husband bought a zafira from this company and I can’t fault them! Done all the work they said they were doing, sorted out delivery to Kent, kept us updated and always friendly! The car is just perfect! Lovely condition and well worth the money! When we are looking to change cars this company will be the first place we will be checking without a doubt! After having a bad experience with a different dealership in Kent I was weary. The Car lot have restored my faith!! Thank you!!! Spoke to Cody over the phone to organise a test drive. He was very helpful and made everything super clear. Provided warranty and full 12 Month MOT and service. Even sorted the advisories from the MOT. Paid fee for taxing and was very chatty and pleasant. Drove off with my new car this afternoon grinning ear to ear

Really happy with my new car, a lovely little Fiat 500. Cody was really helpful and no high pressure sales tactics. Car came with a new MOT and serviced, also a years warranty. Cody sorted all the paperwork and even the car tax for me. Car was immaculately presented and Cody delivered it to my home. Everything that I had asked for Cody had done, very friendly and professional service, would highly recommend!

Recently purchased a car from The Car Lot and have been very pleased with the service from start to finish. The owner Cody is extremely professional and is exactly how a business owner should be. He goes the extra mile for his customers and certainly did for me as he helped me out when recieving my first car. I feel reassured I'm in good hands which all customers should feel.

Cody was super lovely, solid guy. No pushy sales. Nice range of vehicles - very clean and smelling great; presentation is on point. Saw a minor issue on the prearranged car, but he said that we could get it done locally to us and he would assist with the payment for it other garages wouldn't consider offering to assist even slightly. Would recommend this small business and its hard working owner ^_^
