I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff first of all. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They were a joy to deal with on every level. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. We love the tapas style. We tried several dishes and shared them around the table. I especially enjoyed the fish and chips as well as the egg dish with potatoes. And the room was super comfortable and clean. They remodeled last year and did a fantastic job. Do keep in mind that they don't have a lift here. It's a very small place with only 8 rooms and you'll have to carry your bags up steps. This place is a hidden gem.
My daughter and I had an amazing stay at The Captain Cook ! The staff was very friendly they even agreed to reschedule our booking because of some passport issues, and I'm very grateful for that. We loved the big bed, the big window and the decoration of the bedroom. The pub is nice, the food is good, perfect after a busy day in the city. The area is quiet and the bus stop a few steps away closer and less expensive than the underground. Thank you, it was perfect !
Thee most incredible tapas ever! 100% the best in London! Stunning interiors and not to mention the staff who look after you so well! Amazing food and amazing personal service do not usually come hand in hand but they do here! Cannot wait to come back and try even more dishes from the menu and try out Sunday roast!
The Captain Cook is excellent, it's my local. Great service, great food, both Spanish Tapas and Sunday roasts honestly one of the consistently best in London. Excellent service and people. I've also stayed in the hotel, which I'd rate very highly for a neighborhood room. I only wish they had a wider beer selection for craft beer haters like me.

Best tapas bar in west, casual dining, as a Spanish person the food is on-point unlike most tapas bars in London. The owner is incredible - she also makes the best drinks! Highly recommend!

Had an incredible stay here. Silvia and co. are the best, kindest, and most helpful hosts I've ever had at a hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and you can pretty much get anywhere in central London within 25 minutes. And if you're into football, the Chelsea museum and stadium is just about a 15 minute walk away! Again, this place is awesome: their rooms are awesome, their food is awesome, and their people are awesome.
