Recently moved to Canvey and found the staff here helpful, polite and courteous. Visited amd made purchases 4 times in the last 6 weeks. Thank you to staff behind the counter and Kier who helped in the yard. Much appreciated.

Shocking service, with an i dont care attitude. I ordered £500 pounds of wood and was told to pick it up at 730 and pay on collection. When I went there to pick it up, Nothing was cut and they didn't even have the wood there to cut. When I complained they didn't even check if there others stores had what I needed even after I asked and we're to busy trying to serve the next customer. All they supplied me with was stress and a day without pay because I could not do they job. I went to Blue house Farm in the end very helpful guys and good prices

Canvey supply is the one stop shop I need as they have a comprehensive supply of materials, tools and advice. Friendly staff and fair prices means I don't want or need to shop else where, good service.
