Colin made our wedding cake back in March and it was the best! We kept things fairly simple but it was delicious, attractive and not a crumb was wasted. Our guests absolutely devoured it so I think that speaks for itself. Highly recommend!
After doing such a good job with our wedding cake we came back for a themed cake for my daughter's birthday and were really impressed .

We've been regular customers and have tried both dark and milk chocolate versions of their amazing cakes. This is THE place to order the best chocolate cake for someone with the EGG allergy or someone who are VEGAN. The Birthday Party or Wedding Anniversary, we would order from The Cake Hole. The cakes always get lots of compliments, looking very impressive! The cakes are delicious, with a home-made feel and competitively priced. Great service too!

Ordered a belgian chocolate celebration cake for my husband's birthday. It was incredible! The decoration and personalised message in icing was fantastic. Very easy to communicate with and order. Will definitely be ordering again for future celebrations. Cannot recommend enough!

Really really disappointed in the service I received. I reached out about a cake for my partner’s 30th birthday; we messaged a few times but half way through officially agreeing on the order, they just blanked me. I messaged a few days later to see if we were still going forward, and they blanked me again. Was left 3 days before my partner’s birthday with no cake to show for it. Wish they had just declined my order in the first place, instead of dragging me along. Unprofessional. We live very close to the shop and won’t be visiting again.
£3 for a stale cupcake, no thank you. Popped to Hitchin with my granddaughter and treated us both to a cupcake. Oreo and a Chantilly Cream both stale. Oreo was inedible.
