Shocking customer service! I've been a regular client for years and this has to be the worst i have experienced from them. Delayed delivery, lies from customer service angels saying it had been dispatched & was with the courier on next day delivery when it actually hadn't even been picked let alone left the warehouse. It put myself & my business under untold stress trying to source products from other suppliers in time to fulfill my clients orders and extra cost. My order eventually turned up 5 days after it's promised delivery date and 13 days after ordering. No replies to emails sent and still no contact or apology after my complaint email. The so called 'customer service angels' are far from their title. After years of service how do you trust a company that lies and doesn't uphold their end of the contract?  How far can a company fall!

Good quality products but terrible customer service. I bought some goods from them which I didn't need afterwards. I paid for the return. It's more than 10 months, and they're yet to refund me. Their phone is never answered. They apologised when I reached via email but the money was never refunded till date. This is now 2024.

look at the reviews before you order!! Horrendous customer service. I placed an order on the 18th October and mid-November there was still no sign of it. I sent 3 emails and had no response. Contacted the company via Facebook and they basically called me a liar and said they had responded to my emails they hadn’t. Seen that so many other people have had the same response from them. Why would I lie about not receiving the emails!! Finally on 15th december they have given me a refund, but only after sending me a string of passive aggressive messages. Will never be ordering from them again, truly terrible company.

I'm a long lasting customer with this company and every time I make a order it gets delivered wrong. Who ever does the online orders needs better training. I keep complaining but the next order will be the same.

My first time using this company. My original order got lost by Evri, through no fault of the cake decorating company. I contacted them after 7 days and they sent me a replacement order on next day delivery. They are absolutely fantastic, the order was very well packed. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them. They have a fantastic selection of anything you could need and more, and customer service is exceptional.

My order wasn't processed until I contacted to ask why not. They were then helpful but orders should be sent without the customer having to chase. Good prices though.

I ordered some items from the Cake Decorating Company when received I realised that I should have gone for a slightly smaller size. I contacted the cake decorating company who provided me with the details to return the items.  Unfortunately five weeks have now passed since the items were returned and I am still awaiting my refund. I contacted the company two weeks ago asking for an update and received an email asking for details of the package and proof that they had received it as well as an acknowledgment that they are behind in dealing with their returns. I provided the proof of postage and delivery immediately and since then have not had a response although I have sent multiple emails. Very disappointed in their treatment.

Ive ordered from this company twice.  The customer service on both occasions were amazing, I got a reply straight away after one of the products was damaged in transit, and a replacement was sent straight away.  They have so much choice on the website and have great deals. I don’t go anywhere else for my cake stuff. Thank you

When I lived in the UK I loved using this company. However now I live in Europe and there is no justification for the flat shipping fee of £50-55 with the only option for weight being 0-30kg and no reduction for a higher spend. unlike all the other countries they ship to. You can ship to the US from £26.99 for 1-3kg, likewise options for different weights and prices for Switzerland, Norway, the UAE and Canada. I get that Brexit caused problems with shipping and increased the costs but plenty of other suppliers have now normalised their shipping costs so it’s disappointing that the CDC hasn’t.

Read reviews before you order... i wish i did!!!! My first ever order with this company. My parcel was " apparently" delivered by yodel, even though nobody was in at my property. I wasn't allowed to select safe place due to the nature of what was inside the parcel. The yodel driver has since been investigated and still says he handed the parcel to resident at my house. They would not supply me with a photograph that their websites states they need of the parcel in an OPEN door. I finally recieved the photograph and it literally had the delivery drivers hand on the box and he had taken a photograph. I have left numerous calls and emails about my parcel to the cake decorating company, I have now been ignored for a week since them telling me to check with my neighbours I must be annoying them so much as I've asked them all 3 times now to ensure they didn't take my parcel in no sign of a refund and no sign of my parcel. I was completely empathetic about the situation due to it not really being the cake decorsting company's fault, as I could see on the tracking details that it had left their hands and into the hands of yodel. Now not having any contact with them it has really put me off making an order again. Not happy with the customer service, the delivery companies they use also. Really upset with this as I needed the order for last week, I have now had to go elsewhere, spend double the price, and still no refund from the cake decorating company! Very disappointing.
