Initial advice on getting the property ready, marketing and price from Gavin was invaluable and there was no pressure from our initial meeting to continue. When ready Gavin took professional pictures. All buyers were checked properly and a sale was quickly agreed. Viewings were always accompanied too. Communication with Gavin was spot on and I was kept informed. A special mention has to go to Stephen for progressing the sale and overcoming issues and keeping solicitors progressing it in a timely manner. He was very reassuring and honest and I felt informed of the possible options. I'm not sure we would have reached a satisfactory outcome without him. Thank you all at Cairds, have recommended you to several friends and Neighbours.

I've sold two properties simultaneously via Cairds - From our initial meeting and multiple viewing I've found them to be professional and very helpful. Our properties weren't just a simple sale, for many reasons, but they didn't shy away from the challenge, they guided and provided very helpful and constructive advice when required. The valuation and support given by Luke in the early days helped to navigate and find solutions to some very difficult decisions. The viewings that the local teams organized and the feedback given was excellently. The final exchange was tortuous, due to other agents and solicitors not doing their bit, but Stephen pulled out all the stops and helped to push the whole chain over the finish line. We interviewed three local agents and selected Cairds they provided lots of viewings, solid offers for us to choose from and ultimately a good price that exceeded our expectations.

I cannot recommend Hannah and Jason enough ! I have worked with them both for many years, and have followed them from one company to another. Living overseas, I need to be able to rely on the letting and management company. Hannah and her team are quick to respond, use their initiative, work hard to keep my tenants happy and always keep me in the loop. Nothing is ever too much trouble - I highly recommend working with this duo !

We are very glad we placed our house in Epsom on the market with Cairds and can recommend using this agency. It was Autumn. Within a week Cairds had arranged multiple viewings; we received two offers immediately, and agreed a sale very quickly. We are particularly grateful for the excellent negotiating skills of Ben and Luke, and for the tremendous and persistent efficiency of Stephen in progressing the sale. On the whole a god experience from start to finish. Friendly staff. Nice professional photos of the house and good liason over pricing. We got an offer fairly quickly but was a bit confused who was handling our sale at this point. Seems it gets handed over to a different person, who eventually was Stephen. He got onto the buyers solicitors fairly quickly and chased them for us, and we eventually got to exchange with our combined effort.
