One of the most appalling retail shops I’ve ever been in firstly it’s a little grubby. There are more signs telling you what you cannot do more than how they can help - The prices are an absolute joke. I did a quick check Tesco Asda and Morrisons all cheaper on a large percentage of products in store They are simply using the disguise of being an outlet to make people think it’s great value You should be utterly ashamed of yourselves

The prices in this shop are absolutely ridiculous. You'd think Cadbury selling directly to the consumer, cutting out the middleman would mean lower prices.....not the case. Some stuff is stupidly expensive! 5 bars for £3.19?! Riiiight....

Great place, the prices were fairly good and got my chocolate fix, the staff were really nice too, a young man served me and he was incredibly polite and offered to pack my items for me whilst I paid, truly a warm spirit
This place is brilliant. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable too. There is a huge variety to choose from and the staff can tell you all the best deals. It's one of the best shops In the Lowry outlet.
Great shop for cheaper prices. Great for gifts at Christmas or a treat for yourself. They do a great bad of "broken bits" pretty cheap and that's always worth picking up.
