Very nice clean low noise lvl. Good setting with a good view of the sea well priced good service

Ordered lunch for 5. Had to send my cod & chips back for two reasons: portion was literally half size of the other two, and it was inedible (chewy) in parts. I never send food back, literally never so this is why I score it a 1. Cod was replaced but tasted like steamed fish rather than fried. Other adult diners were not blown away by the fish either. Kids food was ok.
Lots of staff but seemed strange because all they do is bring the food to your table. You order and pay beforehand. You get the cutlery and sauces. Odd system.

Spacious tea rooms in traditional English style. Espresso was more of a coffee than a true espresso and the cakes were a little disappointing. Range of hot meals looked good, though I didn't try any. Service was fast and pleasant. Beachfront corner is pretty good for outside tables, unless the traffic is heavy. There wasn't WiFi that I could detect.
