Good coffee and cakes but let down by the service. The cafe was busy when we arrived and we took a recently vacated table. Despite only ordering coffee and cakes, they took 20 mins to arrive which wouldn't have been a problem if our table had been cleared and cleaned in the meanwhile, but we were left with a collection of dirty cups and spilt milk and coffee on the table. We had to specifically request that our table was cleared and cleaned on receiving our order, and the guy then had to go back to get a cloth. Would have been so much nicer to have sat around a clean table from the start.

They forgot our order. Had to wait and wait for a simple ham and cheese toastie. Had complimentary drink. Not very comfortable seating. Pleasant staff but probably won't return.

Really impressed with this little gem. A friend and I did a Charity ride from Swansea to Aberystwyth and back last Sunday. This was the halfway point. Some much needed panini's, soft drinks and coffee were enjoyed. Great staff. Friendly and very reasonable prices. Will definately return but likely will drive next time

We needed a nice warming drink and Y Caban looked inviting from the street. Inside the staff were friendly and the coffee and cakes were delicious. We even got a complimentary crepe to taste! The tables were clean and divided as per the Covid regs. Definitely recommended for anyone passing by needing a coffee in a relaxed environment.

Came for coffee. Younger staff are lovely but the older lady manager? owner? seemed disinterested in having more customers or making customers feel welcome. Latte was served too hot. This place relies on its location, decor, friendliness of the younger staff, and perhaps its good Google ratings based on very old reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend this place otherwise.

Lovely friendly place nice smooth music, food very nice, and dog friendly as well.

They are nice place to habe a sip of nice coffee. But still the caffe 1 in terrace road is the best coffee in aber Town with strong flavour

Terrible till: a lot of scrolling: didn't stop the food being delicious. Place has an old world charm to it. Feels like it was always there. Worth checking out.

The cafe has stood here for as long as I can remember. Lovely and cosy, it feels like a great place to relax after school or work or to chill with friends. They even offer sweet and savoury crepes as of recent. The cafe charges fair rates for their coffees and teas and food with the option of takeout or eat in. The food's quality has never changed and I'm glad for it. I still go there when I can nowadays.

Great place. Nice range of crêpe dishes and panini's. Very good coffee too. Spot on for brunch or light lunch
