It’s good price but the food was average ngl. The breakfast was meh don’t get the beans, and the lunch was slightly better since there are more options. Also, I think the lunch has been improving a lot lately with better options, seasoning and marination, that I don’t even need to add a lot of seasoning anymore like I used to. I have faith that it shall get better and better as time goes And yes the price was cheap but idk why I got charged extra half of the time using my t card, but whenever I realized it was already too late
Everything about this place is just alright. As a student at Trinity I was expecting cheaper meals but no, that's not the case. They give 10% discount to students using their Tcard but that's still no way cheap. The food is basic same repitition of stuff and surprisingly sometimes they just give boiled potatoes and carrots as food here with some non veg item which I believe might be what's they call food here in Ireland but it sure shouldn't cost 10 euros. I just now got Vegetable Pasta with tomato sauce and it cost me 4 euros. I can make 3 to 4 different meals with that much amount. I received some extra money in my Tcard from a competition and I wasn't able to use my card in Trinity Gift shop, so this was the only place I could use it. I am not sure I'll ever be alright with the amount people pay here for different things which are so trivial and way much more cheaper in other countries. Vegetarian options: They are alright. Noodles are only thing I've liked till now.
Food is ok but price prise on a par to most coffee shops around unless you are a student with a t-card 10% off Can get quite busy during term times and quiet enough during summer months. Dietary restrictions: has some Gluten Free food
As one can expect - ok food at an acceptable price considering the location.
I was here because an event and is a really big and great place to host this kind of event. The main hall is perfect for speaks, and then there are 2 big side rooms for dinning. There is also a basement which can be used for private parties.
Too expensive for the fact that it's an in campus food choice, the quality is average and the selection is unhealthy and not very good. I have visited several times and I will be bringing my own food from now on or buying from other spots around the campus. I had much higher expectations form the best college in the country!
Really nice food and staff is really sweet. I like the breakfast they serve and lunch is good too. Surprisingly they have really tasty veg options too.
Decent restaurant with student-friendly prices. Good variety of meals available and you can always also make your own salad or grab a coffee and snacks. Lots of seating, but usually quite packed. The staff is not the most polite I’ve seen, but probably doing their best considering how many they serve every day I guess.
The rates are normal even for students but the quality and quantity is great. They have a different menu for each day. Had breakfast and lunch few times and it's been worth. If you have empty stomach or hungry then it's a great place. Mostly students or visitors to Trinity come but as a travellers, you get to experience or maybe even interact with the students here.
Prices are increasing frequently. Food for students should be delivered at cost-price with valid ID.Food: 3/5
