It's a lovely pub, but just not for party,s upstairs, just abit small in my view
We only went in to buy some tickets for tonight it was that good we ended up staying till 5 we had such a laugh and the bar staff are so friendly and the price of drinks were great can't wait to go in again xx
We had our wedding reception there 40 years ago. Told the guy behind the bar. He was so freindly. Really he said . The place itself was really clean and lager was spot on. And we got a pic of us both with The Blues Brothers Statues.
Huge thanks to Angela and the rest of the team welcoming a group of football fans on a coach from London for the 2 England games in June 2021. When I’m in Middlesbrough again I will return here!
Great place for a family party, bar staff and DJ are really lovely too
Good outdoor service but outside heating would have been better but due to cover they made a good job out of a bad situation. A round of applause for the bar staff though
Your standard boozer; standard prices; standard service; It has a lovely seating area which is great for summer... The pub has a pool table; as it's usually quiet; it's almost always possible to get on the table; Ideal pub for a few drinks or as a starter before moving onto town
Just re-opened under new management. Lovely food. Good variety of drinks. Very friendly staff. Overall a really nice place to have a few drinks and something to eat.
Did advertise sky sports but no footy on TV however they did serve home made chips so I forgive them
Not a bad pub but the bar staff could smile once in a while. While in the pub the lass behind the bar was so solem a smile would prob crack her face
