Just been here for food. Wasn't all that great all our food was look warm my niece had a burger which was black someone in the party had butternut squash it was hard all the burgers came with chilli on the top of them which made the burger roll spicy and couldn't be be eaten. Was very disappointing been to harvester before never had any problems we wont be back. Best part was the salad bar it was yummy.

Just visited for a meal and the lady that served us was very friendly and really good service. The food was really good too. I think her name was Breagha. She was bit shocked when asking for my ID and found out I'm 29! She was fantastic.

We were seated fairly quickly and were given a choice of where to sit. Were allowed time to get comfy before being asked for our drinks order and then sufficient time to scan the menu and decide what we want. Our waitress was very polite and attentive. We weren't kept waiting long for our food, main and desert.

Seats and carpet were tired looking, toilets were not the cleanest and there was a strange smell coming from the drinks machine. My chicken with king prawn was vastly over priced and it was more like normal sized prawn. Our sundaes were tasty but nearly all melted. Some members of staff were to engrossed in their phones and treating the bar as their personal socialising area.

Will not be returning until it catches up with the 21st century and a bit more discipline is introduced to their staff.

Poor service and worse food.  Avoid unless you like cold half cooked sides.

We were a party of 2, been advised of a 20 min wait. Given a buzzer to alert us when our table was ready. Countless customers came in after us and were seated before us.
After one hour we paid for our drinks and left.
Very poor service.
The place is grubby and in need of a re-fit,
To be fair the food is  OK.. We have eat there before.
The bar is under staffed, the guy behind the bar is doing his best.
