Just spoke with a girl on the phone with a lovely demeanour - I will post again once the flowers are delivered and given the seal of approval by my Doxy!

Went in at the start of the day and ordered some flowers for same day delivery, flowers were delivered later in the day and were beautiful. Charming person in the shop, charming delivery man. Not sure you can ask for anything more really.
