They say never judge a book by its cover!? True to this diamond in the ruff. Ok it maybe Havarfordwest. An just happened accross this place after looking for place to eat, after going in circles, trying to navigate their 1way system etc..nThe staff were very helpful, kind and polite, and the food, YES THE FOOD was ammmmazing, extremely good value for money. Top notch.nId certenally recommend this to any1, and any 1 passing through, or staying in a nearby holiday cottage, or The Bluestone resort.nWell worth it, and if i am to pass here again i WOULD definately visit again.
So many gluten free options, it's probably the most choice I've ever had in a restaurant. They are not marked on the menu but the waitress was very helpful and spoke through all my options. I had the steak baguette which was put in a GF bun for me, chips were lovely and crispy
We love this place!! It's becoming one of our regular places to eat.nAs the staff are friendly and the food is great. My Grandma has dementia and the staff are Brilliant with her and myself who has Aspergers and ADD
Not the best experience. Staff were friendly enough. But the food was typical pub grub at an inflated price and a smallish portion. £3+ for peppercorn sauce! Such a shame as the location is nice. Hopefully either the food quality will increase, or the price will drop. I think I'll stick with the regular, rather than here again for a while. Sorry guys.
Lovely lunchtime visit with food & drinks.nThe food was amazing, all homemade, large potions & with quick friendly service. Dogs are welcome in the bottom bar & outside. Beer garden is covered with a glass roof & there is heaters, so even on a cold day sitting outside & enjoying the river is comfortable. Bar staff are very friendly & will to help if needed.
