I went to the bridal room today and from start to finish Charlotte was amazing! We were made to feel welcome and comfortable and she was very knowledgeable about the dresses and what suits. I wasn't expecting to find my dress so quickly but I did! I felt amazing and I was given some time to enjoy the moment with my mum and nan. overall amazing experience and I cannot wait to go back and put it back on!

Before finding the bridal room, I’d tried a couple of places and left feeling underwhelmed. Maybe dress shopping wasn’t for me. But walking into the Bridal Room I knew immediately that this place was special. The soft carpets, beautiful surroundings, lovely and welcoming ladies to help you find ‘the one’. I never felt rushed, the dresses were all so beautiful and I tried on a few different styles before narrowing it down to two. I could not choose between them!!! The girls were so lovely and said to take my time and booked me in a week later to go back. Thankfully in that week I couldn’t stop thinking about one dress, which led to me going back and choosing her. I then had the pleasure of returning a third time to have my styling appointment and pick up my stunning dress. I was so thankful to have the guidance of the lovely ladies again here who helped me find the perfect veil to match.  I had the most incredible wedding day with everybody bowled over by how beautiful the dress was. Thank you guys so much!!!

I had the most amazing experience at The Bridal Room yesterday from start to finish! Issy was so welcoming and chose a range of beautiful dresses based on what I mentioned I liked, as well as trying slightly different styles/materials to make sure. I honestly can’t thank Issy enough, she was so reassuring and made me feel so comfortable whilst I tried dresses on and helped me to find the most perfect dress! I can’t wait to go back. I’d recommend The Bridal Room to absolutely anyone, thank you so much for making it such a special day that I’ll never forget!

I had the perfect time at the Bridal Room, Broadway - and found a wedding dress I love! Fallon was so helpful and patient with me and my family, and the dresses were all beautiful. We had lovely glasses of prosecco and the spaces are lovely. My two best friends got also their dresses here, and I can't recommend it enough. I can't wait to go back for my accessories appointment when my dress arrives. Thank you so much Fallon & the rest of the lovely team!

What can I say! On Saturday I had such an amazing experience at The Bridal Room, where I "said yes" to the most beautiful dress I could imagine. Myself and my Maid of Honour were looked after by Issy who was fantastic from start to finish. I had previously attended a dress appointment at a different shop closer to where we are getting married not TBR! which had left me feeling a bit deflated so I was really quite nervous about this appointment. As soon as we walked in however, I knew this was going to be a completely different experience. Issy welcomed us with a glass of fizz, got us comfortable and listened to my rambled description of what I thought I wanted! She came back with a selection of stunning dresses and I had no doubt "my dress" would be amongst them. I felt so comfortable the entire time and I don't think the 3 of us stopped laughing for more then a few minutes! This is exactly how a dress appointment should be. Thank you so much Issy for helping to make it such a magical day that I will never forget. I truly cannot wait to come back to pick my dress up and book my styling appointment! Lauren xx

I had such an amazing experience at the bridal room in Broadway last week and can’t believe that I found my dream wedding dress! We booked an appointment on a weekday and ended up having the whole shop to ourselves. Fallon was so lovely and helpful finding the styles of dresses I wanted to try! It was so relaxed and just a lovely experience all round. I’m so glad that I booked The Bridal Room as my first dress shop! I’ve already recommended the shop to friends who are engaged too! Yesterday I said yes to the dress!! I had such a lovely experience at The Bridal Room with my sister and best friend, it was such a cosy welcoming little space!  Fallon was so friendly and super helpful! She really listened to what I was loving/not liking with each dress I tried, and would continue to appear with various dresses to suit what I was after each time!  In the end I found the perfect one and just can’t wait to try on my actual real life dress when it arrives!  Would definitely recommend booking an appointment here, as there’s so much choice and some really beautiful dresses!

I had most lovely experience at the Bridal Room! Fallon was just wonderful. She took her time listening to the style of dress that I had in mind and pulled out an array of dresses to try. When it comes to big decisions, I am not the most decisive person, but Fallon was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole appointment. I am so excited for my dream dress to arrive!

The Bridal Room was the first bridal store myself and my Maid of Honour went to and we both absolutely fell in love with it! Charlotte was so helpful and nothing felt like too much trouble for her. It didn’t take long before I said ‘yes to the dress’ and fell in love with the beautiful dress of my dreams. The store itself is absolutely stunning, from the interior right down to the location. I would 100% recommend to any bride to be! I cannot wait to go back for my accessories appointment.

I had an amazing experience. I had my first appointment back in June and was met with friendly, smiley faces and a glass of prosecco! They made me feel really relaxed and I wasn't pressured into making a decision there and then which was important to me. I went back to a 'Deciding Appointment' this week and again was met with the same experience. They were super patient with me as I tried on both dresses over and over again but I finally made my decision and said 'Yes to the Dress'!! All the ladies are fab and you won't regret booking an appointment here. I would 100% recommend. Thanks so much!
