Charlotte is possibly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I had so much fun trying on dresses. She has such a good range in lots of different sizes for all shapes. She was so kind and funny and clearly loves her job. I loved my whole experience and love my dress.

The Bridal Lounge is pure magic! From the moment I arrived I knew that it was somewhere really special. Charlotte is just lovely and instantly makes you feel very welcome and relaxed. There are so many beautiful dresses and I wasn't expecting to be so spoilt for choice. I can be quite indecisive, but I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. I had a fabulous time trying on all the dresses and Charlotte was always helpful and patient, thank you!. The dress I chose was truly magical and I had the best time wearing it on our wedding day. I had an amazing experience selecting and buying my dress from the Bridal Lounge. Charlotte was so lovely and made me feel so at ease. As a size 16 bride, I was nervous about being plus sized and not being able to get the dress I wanted but with the range being so wide and catering for all shapes and sizes, I didn't have to worry. Charlotte helped me pick out the perfect gown for me and when I wore it on the day, I felt like a million dollars. Everyone was so complimentary about how beautiful I looked and I really felt it as well. I would 100% recommend The Bridal Lounge for any brides that want a personal experience and to feel valued as a customer.

I absolutely loved my dress so much :D before we even stepped into the shop I knew I was going to love it. When I first went shopping for wedding dresses I found it quite difficult to detach the Pinterest/Instagram dress worn by a model from my head and I felt a little disappointed and uncomfortable. Seeing your Instagram stories of real dresses on real people was inspiring and you made me and my mum feel comfortable and at ease :

Charlotte is absolutely amazing! I popped in for a trunk show in April with a bridesmaid, loved one of the dresses, and came back with my Mum and sister for an appointment. Charlotte had an amazing surprise and had purchased the dress I liked - although the one I said yes to was the same designer but not that dress. Charlotte is just incredible, she makes you feel so relaxed and has a brilliant eye for what works and what doesn't. It was also so much fun. I met Charlotte many years ago and I know many brides that have used her shop to find their most perfect dress. I've never met anyone with such a passion for the industry and someone who is so focused on helping her brides feel confident, comfortable and happy. She has the best stock and I have never seen an 'ok' dress on her racks!  Charlotte provided a number of dresses I needed for a wedding shoot and she didn't disappoint, watching her make sure they looked absolutely perfect with such care and attention. She has a brilliant eye for detail and knows which dresses are going to be in style for the next seasons! Perfect for brides planning ahead!  I will definitely use Charlotte when my turn comes around!

Charlotte really made me feel at ease when I visited the Bridal Lounge. She was so helpful in making suggestions for things to try and helped me to work out what suited me. She has a lovely range of dresses and she made it a really comfortable environment to try them on in. I’d recommend to anyone!

She was so lovely and kind I cannot thank her enough for helping me find my dream dress for my wedding. After several unsuccessful dress shops in Ipswich and Felixstowe I finally found Charlotte the dress queen! Her taste is amazing, her whole shop full of perfect, gorgeous, wedding dresses. I've worked with Charlotte a few times on photoshoots - she always supplies the most beautiful dresses!  She's also brilliant at advising, offering guidance and putting the bride at the heart of what she does.  A lot of my brides have purchased their gowns from Charlotte too and they always rave about how lovely she is, her customer service, and of course their dresses!  I always recommend The Bridal Lounge to my Suffolk clients who are looking for their dress because I know they won't be disappointed!
