A pleasant find in Brecon! Brecon tap was definitely one of the busiest restaurants in the area! The staff are super friendly and kindly introduced to us a wide selection of local crafts. There’s also a good selection of pies with several sides to choose from! Dessert was also amazing! Fair pricing as well!
Great service, very friendly and down to earth. My pie, mash and veg was perfect. Flakey pastry, honeyed lamb and lovely gravy. The mash was creamy and the veg was seasoned perfectly. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
Seated at table table 7 by the window. Ordered in a small beef pie with gravy and mash. Lucky number 7 brewery pint on the side, liked the crush pale ale. Excellent service and big selection of entertainment, american pie music and tasteful wall art. Pie and pint sets you back a tennor which includes a side.
The pies so good. Steak & ale our favourite. Lamb & mint also good. Would have been 5* but the beers were average. Decent sticky toffee pudding for dessert
Visited here a couple of times on our trip. Great selection of local beers and pies. Super friendly staff who were brilliant at recommending beers to try. Can purchase bottles to takeaway too. Highly recommend !
