Great experience. Large quiet room, let us check in slightly early Were told by staff where we wanted to go was very near to the hotel so saved money on taxis. So great location. Bed was good and room was warm Was staying in the annexe in the back, apparently all rooms are located there as we went as large group and were all located there, but there was plenty of parking which was all that we wanted.

Unfortunately didn’t want to put any stars but had to put 1. Me and my friend had 2 hotel rooms booked for New Year’s Eve, we booked in October to make sure we had a hotel for new year, we then both received an email saying that our booking had been cancelled with only 15 days to find another hotel. The only reason they cancelled our hotel rooms was to put the price up and resell them. I’ve used this hotel a lot and very disappointed that they have not even answered the or relied to my emails. I have been bring them for 2 days straight and sent a series of emails. Trading standards will definitely be contacted as we have it per booked and confirmed, then cancelled for no reason.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL! The owners and employees are friendly and they are great at serving for my need.defiantly recommending this hotel

There are no breakfast, restaurant or bar facilities at this so-called hotel! This may be due to the Muslim practises of the management...no bacon, no alcohol, etc. The original signs are still in place from when it was a lovely hotel a few years ago. Their inclusion of the words "restaurant & bar" is false advertising.
