We hired 4 ebikes & the service was excellent. Bikes were delivered & collected to our rental property. These are quality German/Bosch rental bikes & they even supplied spare inner tubes & tools. I would highly recommend Sam & Sofia.

Sam and the whole team looked after us last week. We hired two bikes: a Trek full suspension mountain bike for 6 days and a Trek full suspension e-bike for half a day. They were good bikes, we’ll maintained and team always happy to adjust and replace parts as needed. The 6 day hire bike had a new chain, new cassette and new brake pads. The team were knowledgeable and friendly. Great job! ‍

Sam helped me out massively today. Great service, very friendly and overall massively saved the day. Sorted the very broken bike. Thanks again.

Fantastic service! I turned up with my bike in a shocking state of disrepair and they dropped what they were doing to get it back up and running like a dream! The desktop game challenge with fastest times leaderboard kept us busy too - see if you can beat 26 seconds!!!

Called Saturday after a day in kirroughtree with a twisted chain.Sam and her colleague were absolutely fantastic,chain sorted,new rear hub bearings, straightened my back wheel and reset my gears,I was there till 1hr past close.Massive thanks as I got to ride Dalbeattie Sunday in the rain.

Had a mechanical whilst riding the Kirroughtree red route.  Managed to get back and the shop was open.  The mechanic sorry, should have got your name managed to sort the problem plus some other bits.  We're in Scotland for a weeks riding and he saved the week with no fuss.  Great service  thanks mate

Had two cross/gravel bikes serviced in August '20. Although the team were incredibly busy due to covid, because they knew how important our bikes were for our holiday in Galloway, they managed to get them serviced in good time. Sam got them beautifully into riding condition, and was kind enough to warn us what's going to need looking after soonish. Really helpful team, and they were so excited to hear about the rides we managed on our smoothly working bikes.

Have always found Sam and her staff really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Good selection of well priced bikes, products and clothing. Excellent repairs and advice too. Had to return pair of shorts with faulty stitching and great customer care & promptly resolved by the Breakpad who sent replacement new shorts. Would definitely recommend a visit and purchase. Thank you so much
