The banffsprings is ten times more posh and not as expensive. Owners suck.... won’t even give staff a reference when they said they would, that’s just bad manors and rude! Not my fault I slept in and your underage staff set the kitchen on fire while cooking whe. He should have been no place near gas mains etc

Small hotel, nice staff, average breakfast,  rooms in need of decorating but pleasant enough.  Great location.

We stopped in a family room. Very large double room and a large adjoining twin room. Very clean and comfortable. Our own bathroom across the landing. Staff were very friendly and couldn't help enough.

Great wonderful and friendly welcome. Pets welcome and greeted warmly too

Stayed here for a friends wedding. Online the rate was considerably lower than what we paid. We got completely ripped off.
Rooms small and dated. Sink was in the bedroom as bathroom (washroom) was too small. If you're over a size 12 you won't fit in the washroom. 
When questioned about the rate the owner refused to refund us. Will be contacting trad and standards regarding ding this matter!
