Fantastic team at The Bourne End Clinic. In and out very quickly and Nicki was very nice and welcoming and helped with any concerns and what best to do with the after care.
From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Kittle and his team was outstanding. The pre-procedure appointment was thorough, professional, and reassuring. On the day of my procedure, everything was handled with precision and care — the office and procedure room were impeccably clean and organized. Post-procedure care was equally attentive, and I felt well supported throughout. I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism, kindness, and excellence of Dr. Kittle and his staff.
Xanthelasma yellow deposits of cholesterol fat under the skin, more common around the eyelids surgically removed from my face my skin colouring not suitable for laser removal. Excellent treatment at this clinic, where many other procedures can be done as well. Before, during & after care very professional & informative, with a very neat job done & stitch removal to be done after 9 days. Would recommend & have used once before as well.
I would highly recommend The Bourne Clinic & Dr Kittel. From my first enquiry & all the way through to aftercare, the service I have received has been first class, highly efficient, economical & an extremely stress free process. I had 3 Xanthelasmas removed by excision & 1 area that was treated with electrodessication, it has now been 4 weeks & the stitches were removed at day 11. healing well & what a huge difference. I will definitely be going back if I ever need minor surgery again. The clinic is fresh, clean & bright.nThe staff are happy & supportive. Could not ask for more. Thankyou all so much.
