Came in on 2nd January on a rainy day.nStaff were super friendly and helpful.nFood was ok, not brilliant but hit the spot nicely.nDog friendly pub too
We stopped here and had some food. We had the chicken parmo which was absolutely gorgeous! The fish and chips were nice but maybe the batter was a bit thick also there was loads more chips hiding under the fish - massive portion!. Honestly still really enjoyed it though. I think it's just because I tasted my husbands chicken parmo that made it seem not as good. Would definitely go back if I was in the area.nnDoggie friendly too!
We ended up here after our walking route was flooded... And I'm glad we did!nnBurgers were amazing and dogs are allowed nnWe had the chicken parmo + double smash burger.

Popped in here for foods after passing several times the previous day. We was a little sceptical about the food after seeing some of the reviews but I am pleased to say we had no issues and the food was great.nnConsidering it is in the heart of the village it was surprisingly quiet and not really sure why, this does seem a shame.nnService was great and food came out in plenty of time.nnWould happily return here.
