I am so delighted with the service provided by Andy and his team. I had been let down by several other companies but Andy set my mind at ease with his positive attitude that he'd be able to fix the boiler.
The part was ordered promptly and two of his engineers fixed the problem within about 25 minutes on the day they said they would.
Will definitely use this service again and would highly recommend :)

Andy and his excellent team replaced my non-functioning boiler within 2 days in freezing weather. Work was done efficiently and the house was left tidy and clean. Good price, reliable and great service overall. Would highly recommend them.

We have a six month old baby so when our ancient boiler went during a cold snap, we were anxious to say the least. We called a number of companies for quotations but were really impressed by how thorough and honest Andy and his guys were. We later realised that he took on a temporary engineer to enable us to get the boiler we wanted in the shortest possible timeframe. And less than 24 hours later, we had heating and hot water. What a relief! The level of service was really remarkable. The engineers were quiet and courteous and left the place absolutely spotless. Our daughter even managed to nap while the work was being done. Twice! I would wholeheartedly recommend these guys for the quality of their and the high level of service. Andy answered all of our questions and nothing was too much trouble. We’re actually looking forward to having having him back for our annual boiler service

Called Boiler Repair Man after having our boiler undergo a Gas Safety Check with British Gas. BG had told us that it was producing too many CO2 emissions but wouldn't fix it at the time and told us we would need to call to have them come back. So we called Andy instead... He turned up on time, was incredibly polite and helpful. Showed me exactly what was wrong with it and how he fixed it. No rip off fee either, very reasonable. Will be using again for yearly service and recommending to all. Thanks.

Never thought I'd be so excited to be able to wash my dishes! Andy came out to find out what the problem was one day and had the part ready and fitted by the next afternoon. Don't think I would have had the same level of service from one of the bigger companies. Many Thanks from a nice toastie flat in Partick.
