Nice set up, good instruction,  small classes, tried it on a recommendation from someone who'd seen it advertised very pleased with it, the set up caters for all levels but owing to size the classes fill up quick.

So today was the first time  i have ever done pilates, attended the pilates orbit with a friend.  We were both greeted by Kate and shown around the studio and given a brief description before getting ready to start the class.  Had a fantastic time! Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Not what i expected as people were engaging with one an other and everyone was very welcoming!  i thought i was going to get told off for talking or laughing but this was not the case .  Kate is obviously very knowledgeable, and really looked after us making sure we were doing the movements correctly and that we had good form.  Myself and Lizzy had a great time and are looking forward to attending Prominence Pilates on the regular!  Thanks Kate! ‍

Been to the studio a few times such a lovely atmosphere. Kate is extremely knowledgable and really friendly. With a great online system it makes it super easy to book onto classes. Would definitely recommend Prominence Pilates.

I have love this pilates studio, it's very clean, friendy and Kate is amazing, every class I have done the next day I can really feel how much my body has been worked. Tried Orbit last night and it was such a good class and fun too.

My 9 year old son goes to Kate’s Pilates for kids , he really enjoys it and looks forward to going every week .

Brilliant for snowboard preparation
