I have spent many hours laughing, joking, putting the world to rights and gossiping in tearooms in the past 25 years.
A dream of running my own Tea Room has finally come true here in the lovely market town of Swadlincote.
We hope you are able to feel comfortable and relaxed in our homely setting.

We are situated at the top of Belmont Street (just off the High Street) in Swadlincote, Derbyshire.
We serve a selection of hot and cold beverages, scrumptious cakes, light bites and lunches, all served on vintage crockery.
We offer a range of food to accommodate some dietary needs including diabetic, gluten-free, vegetarian – if you have any allergies or intolerances, please ask our staff or give us some notice.
Whether you are looking for a relaxed place for lunch, afternoon tea or a place to celebrate a special occasion, you will not be disappointed with our homely setting.
We are open Tues-Sat 9am-3.30pm and are available to hire outside those times for 10-28 people, ie Sundays, Mondays and Tues-Sat after 3pm.
We offer a Vintage Crockery hire service for Vintage parties in your own home. Tea parties fully catered for too!
