We recently had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful Sunday roast pork lunch at the Black Swan Restaurant, and it exceeded all expectations. The succulent roast pork was cooked to perfection, accompanied by an array of delicious seasonal vegetables and crispy roast potatoes that were simply divine. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the experience, with its cozy atmosphere and charming decor. However, what truly made the experience exceptional was the impeccable service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our meal was impeccable. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a superb Sunday lunch in Devizes.
Fabulous pub with delicious food, lovely staff, and beautiful rooms if you are staying there. We recently had a function there, and Steph and her team were brilliant throughout - we were so delighted with everything that they did for us. It is a really top quality place to stay, eat and drink in Devizes
Lovely room 4 HUGE bed nice and clean Bathroom spacious and pristine. Staff were lovely and helpful. Menu was very good and I’m coeliac was able to order too. Food and drinks all reasonably priced and lovely. Breakfast was nice too. Will definitely be back later in the year. Would loved to have explored the cellar we’re into the paranormal and got Some good footage in the room maybe I should have asked! Either way highly recommend
We had a truly lovely meal to celebrate our friend's birthday. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the food delicious!!nnWhat made it perfect however was Sam, the waiter who looked after us, he couldn't have been more attentive, professional and overall fabulous!! Thank you Sam for making our lunch experience such an enjoyable one !!!!!!
Nice enough place but regretted getting a burger there. The burger's are around 20 quid and they come 'rare' which is fine for a steak but in a burger it's just a bit gross also it's potentially hazardous as bacterial can grow really easily in minced meat if not cooked properly. I ended up leaving half the burger. It came with a small portion of loaded fries which were fine but didn't make up for the expensive disappointment otherwise.
