Like others, I’m reluctant to say how good this place is because everyone will want to go! First visit for me today. Had a delicious Sunday roast- between the 4 of us we managed to try all 4 main course options- and they were all excellent. Beautifully cooked and presented and the service was really friendly and efficient. The puddings were amazing too. What a find and well worth a bit of a drive.
Fabulous warm welcome from the front of house team. Pleasant, family friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Fantastic home made food that excels many of the island restaurants. Serving staff were attentive and courteous. Lovely little gift shop on site selling locally produced items. This place is a gem - shhh - don't tell everyone about it!
Cannot fault the food, the breakfast was superb. We have a dog and you can only take your dog in the outside huts. Though I understand through talking to the owner/manager they are not permitted due to food prep reasons and location etc most will drive there many pubs do and are made welcome, so think they are missing a trick here. Not a slur on the place at all as its lovely, but I still don't comprehend why places don't accept well behaved dogs nowadays.
Lovely long lunch with friends, beautiful fish with crispy chunky chips. Such a warm welcome from staff and owner. One of the few places you can eat in peace with no dogs inside. Bliss
Food was fantastic. We had the beef sunday dinner. Have never been given so much variety with the veg, they covered everything. Roasties and Mash... to offer both is always a winner for me!! Cauliflower cheese and the Yorkshire pudding were delicious. We will definitely be back. All reasonably priced as well. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian/vegans all accommodated for here. The veg options were very tasty.
Attended the Christmas Wreath making event followed by Afternoon Tea today. The delivery of the demonstration was excellent, so easy to follow along with the support whilst we created our masterpieces. We will definitely be attending next year! The afternoon tea…. Totally delicious, we will be visiting again before Christmas! Parking: Stunning location with ample parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent accessibility for all Dietary restrictions: All dietary needs catered for
My wife and I absolutely love Blas Myw, the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and cannot do enough for you. The food is absolutely amazing, many many times we we have dined here and the quality just gets better every time. See soon guys
When we called at the pub it was closing the day after new year so a full menu wasn't available but what food we had was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful.Food: 4/5
We have just returned from a two night stay at Blas Mwy Black Lion and everything was perfect. The room, the staff, the food were all amazing and we would recommend it to anyone. Great base to explore the surrounding areas. The breakfast was something else with fresh fruit, pastries, orange juice, coffee and tea. My husband had the breakfast bap and I the pancake stack with maple syrup and bacon both were delicious. We also ate dinner each night where despite being busy managed to squeeze us in. Again food was plentiful and delicious. Parking: Lots of secure parking in the large car park at the rear of the restaurant.
Amazing food, staff, drinks and shop. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The loaded fries are something else and if you like spice have a go. My nephew said the lemon meringue pie is the best he has ever had. The local gin is delicious and picked up a bottle from the little shop. Already planning to return to try breakfast! Vegetarian options: Interesting vegi burger option, halloumi, vege pizza, harrissa cauliflower. Parking: Plenty of on site free parking. Dietary restrictions: Vegan options available.
