Beautifully preserved building. Plenty of local historical information and a very hands on museum. Loved it.

Pretty traditional house from 17th Century timber-framed building and is situated in the heart of Hereford, surrounded by the commercial centre of the city. There are hands-on activities for children including replica clothing and puzzles. For those unable to climb the stairs, a virtual tour is situated on the fully-accessible ground floor. There are also Braille and tactile images for the blind and visually impaired. Parking is available close by. Take a look at the park places. There are public toilets nearby, but not on site. Opening time: Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 4pmSundays: 11.30am to 2.30pm Charges: Adults £2.50Children £1.50 (under 5s free)Family ticket £7.50 (2 adults and up to 3 children)Access to ground floor only £1.50Adult annual pass £7.50Child annual pass £4.50Family annual access £22.50

Amazing experience of a traditional house from the area along with the opportunity to try on traditional clothing. The house is full of historic objects and information.
