Cycling NC500 for charity and had problem with couple of bikes. Excellent service and great level of stock. Thank you for fixing my bike which wasn't serious but didn't take anything. Not many folk that generous in this day and age. Big thank you again

five-star service. i didn't buy a thing, and yet the guys at the shop (sam and sean) were so helpful and generous.

They don't publicise it, to avoid excessive demand, but they offer a hire service. Only hybrids - no road or MTB - but reasonable cost of £15/day complete with panniers, tools, pump & lock.
