Fantastic customer service.  When I walk into the shop I always feel like someone genuinely wants to help me rather than just sell me something.  I recently wanted some cleaning equipment and the chap walked round with me for about 20 minutes chatting over the products and how I should use them.  I also had a bike fit carried out last year following an injury to my knee.  Whilst the adjustments weren't that severe it was still a very useful experience and expertly done.

Fantastic service again today. Where others fail to help these guys come up with a solution.. Bill was particularly helpful again. Highly recommended!

Never had any problems with either the Exeter or Barnstaple store, always helpful without being in your face which is perfect. Only given 4* because they mainly stock trek plus nothing compares to the service at South Fork Racing in Braunton.
