I visited on a Friday afternoon in Mid July. Can't miss the pub thanks to its bright colour scheme. Good range of real ales and in great condition. Friendly and helpful bar staff. Food was only available after 4pm and it's from a pop up kitchen called tayberrys but it was worth the wait and tasted amazing. Definitely recommended if you are in the area.

An excellent pub, a must if you’re in Deal. Walk 10-15 mins out of Deal to Walmer, and it’s quietly tucked away down a backstreet. Great local ales, other beers and a superb array of local Time & Tide craft beers on keg and cask. Amazing choice, good service, good fire

Absolutely amazing place, we had a chance to get ourselves warm nearby the fire after long hike from Dover, it was amazing ! Beer is great, food is great, people are great, highly recommended

The Berry is a fantastic pub with a strong reputation for its ales and ciders. A very relaxed atmosphere and a great place to meet up with friends. Entertainment wise, there are traditional pub games available and a television when a big sporting event is on, but not normally annoyingly on in the background. Sitting is available outside for the odd day when the weather permits. Friendly staff helps to make this a brilliant pub.

We had friends take us here for beers after touring around Dover and Walmer.  Great real ale pub with very friendly staff.
