Absolutely nothing to complain about, average price for an airport bar, the service was quick and the drinks were cold. Not sure why so many people have knocked this place, I can’t comment on the food as I didn’t have any. All of the staff were helpful and friendly.

Had the veggie curry. Food was good. Speedy service and nice staff. Nice view over the south terminal. Not too expensive compared with some of the other places nearby

Nothing to complain about. Good service and fair airport price for a burger and a pint. Had far worse.

We ordered on the app, drinks delivered quickly but after 40 minutes of waiting, went to the bar to ask if the food was going to take much longer. They all scuffled around and we had it brought to our table 5 minutes later. The waiter was very apologetic, refunding the beer and inviting me to another drink. thus the second star!  The food was much worse than other Wetherspoons and very few chips.  Vegan sausages were hot, but seemed raw. I had a stomach pain for 24 hours after eating them.  There are no desserts at this location.  I wouldn't go back to this particular Wetherspoons, although I normally enjoy the food very much in other pubs.

they called airport security on me while i was eating breakfast with my son and im not sure why. I small talked with the waitress and she called security, and had them approach me and prove why i am there. So i explained we are staying at the hotel in the terminal and are flying out in a few hours. I have no idea what the problem was, i'm wearing over $800 in clean and visibly branded Nike and Jordan clothing, i paid for our food, and was simply feeding my 18month old son. As i left a few minutes later there was like 10 airport staff staring and watching us walk back to the hotel. Great way to start the day before my two 8 hour flights.

Quite disappointed with the food service as we ordered a vegan breakfast and a freedom breakfast, asked for sunflower spread at the till and paid for it. The cashier said all was okay with the order and the food will be with us shortly. When food arrived the vegan breakfast turned out to obviously not be vegan. The plate had eggs on it. Even though we picked the vegan breakfast on the menu, it turns out vegan breakfast isn't actually on the menu. Also instead of sunflower spread they offered us jam. We used to have no problems ordering vegan and dairy alternatives at Whetherpoons but what is most disappointing is we asked for vegan and dairy free, paid for it and then had to have alternatives afterwards. So be aware if you have specific food allergens or preferences as we did not get informed until after we paid that these alternatives weren't available.

Possible the worst pub food I ever experienced. Had an American burger with an addition of cheese. The burger arrived with two miniscule overcooked patties. The cheese have melted away and could not be seen. The chips was oven baked from frozen. Overall the meal was tastless and a complete waste of money and time!

I adore Weatherspoons, but I just attempted to even cut through the driest, most tasteless chicken burger I've ever eaten. Very disappointed, a long time  since breakfast and I wish I'd gone elsewhere. Not for me and completely inedible. Staff not interested in gentle feedback and won't go again.

Shocking service from Danny. Harassed our group three times for id before we even received our drinks, making derogatory comments about having an Irish passport when we have British ones. Two people ordered drinks from the bar and came back to the table with them. Yet again Danny appears asking for id which they dont have he takes the drinks away. We all know this isn’t proper procedure and trading standards will be hearing about this.

Dry hamburger, terrible customer service, nobody here is willing to help. It feels like they hate their job. Giraffe is much better
