Amazing burgers - mouth watering, juicy and causes instant food coma. Family of four -£60 -£80 1kid, 1 teen & 2 adultsnnDefinitely worth a visit !
Me and my husband came here on a very busy Saturday afternoon. The staff were very accommodating to fit us in and soon we were sat at our table. The menu is very extensive; so many burger filling options as well as the style of patty you want. We went for the smash style Blue Boy and Bacon Boy; as well as some sides.nnThis was hands down the best burger I have ever had. The patties were juicy and tender, the bacon was cooked to perfection and the salad was lovely and fresh. The sides were great too; the poutine fries being my favourite.nnI've been dying to try Beefy Boys after seeing it featured on Only Scrans and Gary Eats and it certainly lived up to the hype. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Shrewsbury, thank you so much!
Saw this on Only Scrans so wanted to give it a try. It was busy on a Saturday lunch but they booked us in for around 50 mins after we asked. Service was excellent, the menu was explained and we were checked on by friendly servers. I usually ask for service charges to be removed but the 8% in this case was worth it because it felt genuine.nnThe dirty burger with a 6oz patty was cooked pink and this costs 95p more than the smashed patties. The burger was nice, but I did find it a bit greasy. The meat was tender but perhaps a little too falling apart. It would have been better to have a slightly crisp outer shell with a pink middle as it just fell apart and got a bit messy. The salt content seemed quite high as well and they are quite peppery. The burgers do seem smaller than you might expect for the price.nnMy wife had the chicken burger with garlic bits on it, this was excellent. The chicken tenders were very nice with a good dry crisp coating. The fries are a bit basic McDonald's style and cost £5. I expected more from these, more like a hand cut skin on thicker fry.nnThe atmosphere was good and the decor nice and industrial. Prices were a little on the high side. There is no draft beer which is a shame, a bottle of Butty Bach was £6.10 which seems a bit steep. There are refill soft drinks which is rare for an independent so good to see that. The milkshakes look nice but cost £8.nnOverall i wasn't blown away by the food, I've had better burgers elsewhere Fat Hippo for example and the Leopard in Nantwich but the chicken looked the better option, but it was still decent overall, just not full marks worthy.
Excellent meal and exceptional service. The staff were all really friendly and so kind to myself and my son. Food was great! Can't wait to go again!
Always great food here, portion sizes are also decent. We ordered 4 burgers and 3 lots of fries for 4 people which was plenty for all of us. Free refills on the soft drinks too.nnHighly recommended
