Excellent food at a reasonable price. Special early bird menu 3 courses £17.95 before 1845pm. Drinks not cheap a pint of stellar £4.79 and only other draft beers are Bass pale ale Becks and Strong bow cider. Prices range from  £4 to £4.79. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and excellent service as staff are very attentive to your requirements. Well worth  a visit.

Always good food and drink and pleasant service.  Busy at lunchtimes so good idea to book. (Probably applies to evenings too but I usually go lunchtime) Am about to host a school reunion there so fingers crossed! Lunch menu and specials as well as a la carte. I especially love the Tempura prawns and their prawn cocktail ..and the haddock..my husband enjoys the steak or calves liver or fish and chips...it's fairly expensive but still a favourite.

Just had the most fantastic meal here. All the staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble.  The portions are very generous. The seafood selection is stunning. We will definately be revisiting soon.
